The location is jaw-dropping, right on the breathtaking sandy beach with stunning ocean views from the terrace. The owners, Cookie and Carlos, went above and beyond to make our stay super memorable. They made sure we had everything we needed, even refilling our water bottles ! The free afternoon tea and the tasty filled breads from the bakery tuktuk were a delightful surprise. The rooms, although basic, were clean and had all the essentials. And let's not forget about the unique pool table, making this place one-of-a-kind in Tangalle! Putha, the host, was a rockstar and became a dear friend. We spent countless enjoyable afternoons playing billiards and having great conversations. He even let me borrow his scooter and provided me with valuable information about Sri Lanka. The hospitality and friendliness of the hosts and the charming atmosphere of the place make it a 10/10 recommendation! Can't wait to visit again!
